“I wanted to thank you for having such a stellar representative visit my home this morning. I had a few different companies give me estimates for termite control. Selecting your company was a no-brainer after I had met with Scott. What you might find interesting is that it wasn't the price that sold me. In fact, you were more expensive than the other two companies I called. It was the honesty and professionalism of your employee that sold me.
“There were two things that really set Scott apart from the others. The first was his knowledge and professionalism. He let me know up front that he had been in the business for over 10 years. He answered all of my questions about termites without using the "fear factor" that some of the others had used to try to scare me into buying. He was honest and thorough. He performed a complete inspection which made me feel more comfortable with the treatment he recommended.

"I wanted to take the time to let you know how impressed I am with one of your technicians, James Bell. James provided our quarterly service last Friday and did an excellent job. He arrived promptly and introduced himself in a courteous and professional manner, inquiring if we had been experiencing any specific problems. I listed off several “problem areas” in the house and he set to work. James worked quietly and unobtrusively and was very conscientious regarding the fact that I had an infant sleeping upstairs at the time. He efficiently provided our usual service, in addition to all of the problems I had advised him of when he arrived. James also checked out our crawl space and swept spider webs from around our windows. When he finished, James quickly summarized everything he had done, in order to ensure he had not missed anything, which he had not. He made sure that I under- stood I could call at anytime if we experienced any issues and left as politely and professionally as he had arrived. James should be commended on his knowledge and professionalism and we look forward to having him provide our service in the future."
